Hi everyone, just wanted to connect. Sober today ( been a few days now ) and life is so much better than those drinking days. I have just got to keep my eye on the ball and never forget how cunning, baffling and powerful this illness is! Thanks to everyone on this site whose posts have been so much help to me.

Hey Trudi, thanks for letting us know how you are. You're the person that someone like me needs in their life (even cyber world) in order to remind myself of why my HP allows me each day, in order to be here and watch someone working so hard to stay sober. You're words make me grateful not only for this program, but for the acknowledgement that I can see it working for others. Thank you. Jeez, was that a convoluted run on sentence or what, LOL. So many words, so little time.......wren

Good Job Trudie keep up the good work Im really from the other program but I still have an


addiction mine is food and I sure can relate to those darn cravings and the voices that


go off in our heads telling us to eat more drink more smoke more drug more whichever


addiction it is   addiction is addiction isnt it.....Luv Busbe
