I have stated the day according to page 86

check this link out! if you have not got a big book- you now have! I have two but they are sometimes out of reach so  I click here: http://www.nokama.com/bigbook/ and in the search, type 86 fot the page number and it advises me exactly what to do.

I suggest anyone new to save it in their favourites.

there are some things that i do in addition, for example, I do a grattitude list, I take vitamins I also excersize, this is great for depression.

this is going to sound really bad, but one thing that triggers my depression is my partner, despite my love for her, she makes me feel trapped, for years I have been a yes man, if I said yes to everything that enabled me to miss a argument and get on with something better (Drinking) it has come as a shock to my partner since I have come into recovery I actually have a voice and a opinion.

I have asked my partner to go to AL -ANON but she see's it I have the problem so why should she go, and as long as I say yes yes yes yes yes ..... there is no problem - for her- but i have started saying no.

today I am on my own, and I feel fine. I am going to keep close to this page as it seems apart from the meetings my only friend, and I will go for a swim/

I shall check in later. bye for now.

oh amen, robert...i have ptsd, and i have in the way of **accepting what i cannot change**  have made the commitment to take better care of me.....vitamins and extra  B-complex, excercise and MORE rest......also deep breathing from my belly, and feeling the breath go in and out...also tightening my muscle groups and releasing them,  it all helps and yes, the good old gratitude list....add to that   positive self talk like  "i love me and i will accept me UNconditionally"  and also in the 2nd person,   "rosie U love U and U will accept urself UNconditionally"   the 2nd person added to it gives it more power

thanks for the BB on line...saved it to my favorites.......u know with the 12steps and improving our relationship with our HP / Self,  AND the taking care of our bodies,  we can't HELP to feel better.....i see hope for me.......

i had a bad weekend, but i thilnk it is cuz i took too much GABA and had a reaction....soon as i went back on the  other bottle, with less mg's of it??? i am fine now..........

Hi there, I have read things about suppliments, and I think I am the type of alcoholic that is omega 3 deficient and also the allergic type.

I am interested in suppliments, in the chemistry side of things would gamma help me? what else?

my sponcer thinks I should come off anti depressants as it may harm my spiritual experience - I only take those pills so I cope at work, I HATE IT! but the fear stops me looking elsewhere- "your crap, you wont find anything better" is what I tell me.
