save as an mp3 then go to http://www.yousendit.com and just click browse and find your mp3.

you don't need to fill anything in other than your filename in the browse bit.

Then click send and in a few mins it will come up with a page which will give you a link that everyon e can click on

You don't need to, just add your file and send, a page will come up with a link for you to copy and paste into here

i jsut used that site to add a vid that was emailed to me.. sooo funny.. check my new post "if you like dogs"

i just added file but didnt not chose to send to anyone.. left those fields blank..
