I always thought TOXIC SHOCK would be a great name for a group.. heard it, when i was about 14,  used on a hospital drama tv prog called Casualtly.. where a girl had got toxic shock from her tampon (sanitary stick)...  And at the time i thought that was the only way you could get it.. so at that age the idea of it for a band name amused the hell out of me.. I still think it would make a cool name.

I thought the skids was a pretty funny name, I knew the singer, he was alcoholic. Died a few years ago, hung himself, I was gutted about that, was practically family.
