Well i did drink last night.. but i managed to put my last drink down halfway through it and crawl into bed and i do feel better for that..
Im off to wales straight from work today and coming back sunday.. Iv got my new tent to try out and make sure thats ok and get some sea fishing done... and possibly read some of the aa stuff iv got..
Gona be abit messed up cos im most likely gona be sleeping in my car tonight so im gona be going through the first night of withdrawl sweatin in my sleeping bag scrunched up in the front seat.. prob not gona be the best of nights but never mind iv packed extra t-shirts cos im gona sweat like a pig.
Iv just gota decide what to do sunday.. either come home late so the offi will be closed by the time i get home or to come home early enuf to get to a meetin.. or come home and drink... i hope i dont chose the latter.. but wont know till sunday.

Hey Rob, I pray you have great fishing. I hope you do get a chance to read your AA literature, maybe being in a different enviroment will help you clear your head.
