Hello M.I.P. 

My name is Dennis and I am an alcoholic. 

 

I have been a not so frequent visitor for almost a year, so I guess it's time to say 'hello'.  

As for Me, well, there is not much to say. 

I've been sober for the last 15 years, and counting. 

I've also been a full time dad and faithful husband for over a decade -that experience alone has changed my life dramatically, even with all the added drama. 

My only regret, not giving back 'more' to those who have given so much. I hope that can now change. 

I'm looking forward to all the input.

I just want to echo what Pickle said ID, ... very glad you posted ... I'd also like to see you post more about your sober journey here ... most of us are like family here and deeply care for each other as I'm sure you've noticed if you've read the board for any length of time ...

I look forward to hearing more of your ESH ...

Hi Dennis;
I looked in your profile.
With the DJIA and the S&P500 at about thirty times earnings my money is in Precious Metals.
When those averages correct, stocks will come down hard. Get outta' there. :)
Unless you are into shorting them...

 Oh Yeah..., The TradeDefecit is at five hundred billion and The NationalDebt near twenty trillion, the economy is booming for sure. :)
