Paralyzing FEAR? ZuZu

Hi Zuzu,

I could not respond to your Post, my PC is acting up, but it would let me make a new Post

I just want to say that I will be Praying so much for you dear, I have watched you walk thru this Pretty unpleasant divorce.  There are alway unpleasant, but when you add a fight over custody, I don't think there is much that can Top the Paralyzing Fear that a mother feels, when walking thru this.

Just lots of  Prayers to you, Zuzu,  try to just breath, slowly until the breathing slows down, and lots and lots of water.  It sounds like you are have a Panic Attack,I hope and Prayer for you, this panic will lessen with Prayer.

You DO have friends, you have one in Me that is for sure. Breath into knowing that there people that love you and are in support of what you are walking through.

No good sleep, and adding a lot of coffee will only add to your stress, I can stress out over Nothing, with that combination.  Watch out for H.A.L.T.

You have my number call me, and I will return the call, you are NOT alone. Don't believe that.  Try eating a Big Lunch, that will at least fill up your stomach. Cut into that H. A. L. T. as much as you can,  HALT to me is a Big Flashing Red Stop Light.

Lots of love, I wish I could just fly out to NY just to give you a hug and support.  Hold on, and keep holding.

Love, your sister in Recovery, Toni

Everything is going to be o.k., try breathing that one, it helps me when I stress out.

Hi Again Zuzu,

You do have a 12 x 12, right,  try reading the 3rd step, over and over, and then over again.

"Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God As we understood him"

We were now at Step Three. Many of us said to our Maker, as we understood Him: "God, I offer myself to Thee -- to build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self, that I may better do Thy will. Take away my difficulties, that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love, and Thy Way of life. May I do Thy will always!" We thought well before taking this step making sure we were ready; that we could at last abandon ourselves utterly to Him.

We are all saying Prayers for you, and that you will receive the outcome you so desperately want in this troubled time.   God Bless.
