I have woke today and something is different, I cant put my finger on it, but the self pity is gone. I have a cold but I dont care. I feel like I have been given another day another opportunity. alot can happen in 24 hours of living.


I hope I feel like this for the rest of the day.

good morning, Robert,,,  and everybody.....   yep,,, fresh new day. those of us who are reading this did make it through the night, eh? Thank God for that. The day will have ups and downs, as all days do...  half a glass of water,,,,,   yeah,,,, let's be grateful for the half and enjoy it, and trust God to get us through the difficult parts. The main way He uses to get us through is to tell us to help each other.

Good Morning Robert,


So glad to hear you feeling better,  sometimes when I am feeling good, I can just breath into it, enjoy it. I loved what Amanda wrote, "we have only this half a glass of water, enjoy it", and I agree with her, the best way to enjoy it is to offer some to someone else.  Thanks Amanda, that is very beautiful way to see that.


Robert, I hope today is full of those feeling good moments, and if there are fleeting, just wait and they will come back, they usually do.


How is your back this morning?


It is very early here in California, and did we ever have a Thunderstorm last night, feels like the rain is just catching up here, snowing 25 miles away from me in a little town called Julian. Thunder, lightning, we even had a little tornado, a few miles away.  The sky has been making SO much noise, its as if it is yelling at us all here on the California Coast.  Ha Ha. It really did feeling like that last night, all night long, the thunder was SO Loud, sounded like it was hurting my poor little ear.  I am confident that this will bring a lot of Sympathy for me.   Right????


So I will say good morning, and hope you have a good day Robert, you have been working so hard at this, I hope you will give yourself a lot of credit, it takes a lot of courage, and you have that, for sure.

Hello! I do not know why but I really fancy getting into electronics, I play an instrument, but have always wanted to design one. when they said a life beyond your wildest dreams I fould it hard to comprehend, because all I wanted was a day without alcohol. I am pleased to b part of this fellowship.

Robert or Rob is fine, shall we call it Rob ! I live in the UK Nottingham we have lots of meetings in Nottingham too. at least 2 everyday which is something to be grateful for.

It is 6pm here in the Uk and it has been a good day. I am going to rest now and have some supper and watcha movie with the hound.


I shall see you all tomorrow.


My back is not too bad today. I have been for a walk which was nice and it is cold but sunny.
