I was reading one on your responses, and was very touched by your story, and just wanted to Welcome you here.
I read your Profile, and have to say, I also share your feelings of it being a new day in Sobriety, everyday, ever little 24 hour day. Even when they feel like very Long 24 hours. They are ALL good. I used to have a Sponsor, that would listen (only for about 30 seconds to my woo's) and remind that if I had not had a drink that day, if I would stop and look at it from that prosective, that the day had been, afterall, Perfect. Always remembered that.
Thanks so much, Toni. I have liked what I've read here, and think I'll be making some good friends, good support and sharing of ideas. Live in an area where meetings are scarce, and a long drive away, which is problematic in the winter. Thank you for the welcome! Wren
