A good way to find someone who is would be to contact the Intergroup in that area and speak to whoever answers the phone. They have names of women who are willing to help. Bless you for wanting to help another alcoholic. The link below has their site and phone number.
Another option would be to pay a visit to an AA meeting in your area and maybe ask at the meeting (or just before or after the meeting) if there is anyone there who would be willing to do a 12th step call.
Here is the link to meetings in and around Phoenix.

If you prefer asking at a women's meeting, here are some of the women's meetings that are listed for today (Wednesday):
1. In Buckeye at 5:30 PM at 2852 N. Verano Way
2. In Gilbert at 6:30 PM at 3015 E. Warner Road
3. In Mesa at 6:45 PM at 5640 E. Main Street
But an alcoholic who is not interested in sobriety and does not want help will likely not benefit from a 12 step call. I hope the person you are trying to help is ready to accept help.

Hello! It's been a while hasn't it? I'm coming up on 3 years next week. I can't believe how much time has passed. It seems like just yesterday I came here looking for help. Xoxo
I guess I was having one of those 'senior moments' I've heard of ... I thought, I know this Chaya from somewhere, LOL ... then it dawned on me to look at the number of 'posts' you've made and then 'ding' I remembered you from a long time ago here on the board ... Congrats on 3 BIG ONES and welcome back to the board ... we missed you ...
WOW, has it really been 3 years??? ... ... ... good job ... and thanks for caring about a fellow sufferer ... I hope and pray that situation works out for the best ...
Love ya and God Bless, Pappy
