I survived !

Well, nothing changes if nothing changes, and my mother has not changed. She tried desperatly to put a week visit into 24 hours ~ I'm exhausted!

Same old same old, my poor sister, her poor children, blah, blah, blah. Didn't ask about ME or MY kid, when I tried to talk to her about what's going on, i.e. my job, house renovation coming along, our new church is finished, etc, she turned a deaf ear ~ par for the course.....

Oh well! It is over and I somehow managed to not catch any NEW resentments......Prayer is powerful stuff.

Glad to be back!

Love and hugs to all.

Hi jen,

Glad to see that you survived you family trip.

I use to be so codependant, and recovery from that alone, always seemed to require that I keep my Velcro Vest OFF, when around family.

And you did it, I was just about to send you a PM asking about your trip, and then I saw your Post.

Glad to see you back!

Toni
