Hey Toni...You have a great day today also. I'm so glad that we can choose what kind of day we are going to have, even if the world is falling down around me , I can choose to have the best day possible. I may not always do it, I may get down in the mud for awhile, but I eventually get up and start over.
I'm still learning to to let others effect my attitude.

rosie________oh wow!! this morning little things began to "aggravate me"...like little "harrassing" things...and i STOPPED and i spoke to my inner or outter "harrassers" that i was going to have a GOOD day!! that i was aligning myself with my HP and my HP protects / guides my day, and i am saying this OUT loud!!! its up to ME if i have a good/bad day and i CHOOSE a good day....
when i did this, it is like the negative energy kinda stopped....i changed the karma by saying "NO" to the negative and "YES" to the positive/ love/ serenity and sobriety!!!! it is so true, we CAN choose what kind of day we are going to have.....and we can choose to make the best out of the ebbs of life, and not let them run us.....thanks gammy.....hugs/ rosie
