Hi Trudi,


Just want to say Hi, and hope that today is a better day for you.


Seems like a Great Big Black Clowd went by yesterday, for a lot of us, and hope it has passed by, and stays away.


Were you able to go to a meeting yesterday?, and get some time for yourself??

Thanks Toni, no I didnt get to a meeting, but I do feel better today as they say 'this too will pass' been working today in a charity shop just for me! going to have a takawa and relax now so things are much beter! thanks again. Trudi
