I have something good to say today because it is my sixth month of sobriety today. I can not believe that it has been this long! It has been especially hard the last couple of weeks with the loss of a very close friend. This to shall pass. The sun is shining and making the snow glisten like diamonds. I am going out to enjoy it.

I know that it has not been an easy time for you, there have been so many tragic times in my sobriety and I look bad and know that if I could make it through them without drinking, I will be able to get through whatever happens today.I have to feel the feelings,cry,kick, scream , tell God how angry I am and I do it sober.
