got my one year chip and what a trip, my home group very small 10 to 15 people. the comments at the meeting toward me i could not beleive,these are such great people in my life.the drive home i dont even remember,i was on such a great high,heart still races when i think about it all. this is such a great program!!!! and thanks for all of u here too.  life is so good for me right now. thanks all of u from my heart to yours.wagon

Well done, Huge Congratulation!


Just a matter of keeping the motivation going now. I found after a while of feeling so much better, it would have beeen really easy to slip back into the bad habits again.
