We used to be able to get info like thata by calling the hospital,, but no more. There are new privacy laws, and the operator is not supposed to even confirm that the person is there, let alone what condition s/he is in.

Was thinking of how, when someone calls you and before they leave a message, they say "Toni, are you there", and even though I'm in the next room, my response is alway, "No, I'm NOT." Figuratively, and literally.
hey,, Christmas is not over.. there are 12 days of Christmas,, until Jan 6, Epiphany. the song "on the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, a partridge in a pear tree"... there are 12 days of Christmas..... well, for some of us anyway.
