WOW!!!!! Love this one!!!! Needed to hear it tonight too, as I am really butting heads with the gal who is leaving and I am taking over her position! I just really want to try to either get along with her, or ignore her drama until she is gone. One more week of it, and then I can stop FIGHTING the urge to BE the asshole!!!!!
