I just want to thank the people who are relatively new here, for enriching my sobriety every single day. I have gone through some of the greatest personal challenges in recovery, and was hopeless and helpless. AA has changed all that. To see newcomers reaching out on the internet, taking the sound advice to find and utilize some face-to-face AA, and to start telling us how much better it gets is really a high point of the time I do get to spend on the internet.
I am here to tell you that no matter what bridge you may have lived under (been there), whatever court battles you may be facing (done that), whatever ways your families have been torn apart (been there too), there is HOPE and HELP in AA, and it is a blessing that not any of us are ever alone in this.

Well said Joni. Ironic isn't that while some of us are termed "Senior Member", "Veteran", or "Oldtimers" we are still being educated about this disease and life. We are never too old or smart. Thus......I AM still......"LEARNING". Wanda
