Hello to everyone and hoping that good days are going on for each and all of you. I'm happy and grateful to be sober! I can't believe how fast the time goes... sometimes I feel like I'm huffing and puffing to keep up with it. That's what happens when you get oldER.
Hubby and I will be having our little family with us for the Christmas holiday and I'm looking forward to being together, sharing love and hearing & seeing the joy and laughter. How's about the rest of you.... any special plans, special recipes you make or special gifts you're giving or you'd like to have this Christmas? I'd love to read your sharing about yours.
Well....will have one family Christmas on Sunday, my husbands. We will have Christmas Eve at our home with all our children and my parents. We toast w/Welch's grape juice in antique juice glasses (jelly jars?) with the red tulips on them. A tradition from my Grandpa Joe. We used to have the cardboard fireplace w/stockings hung w/care. My kids stll want me to drag it out even though they are in their 20's. I'll see if I have the time. They all get a box of "Cracklin' Oat Bran for Christmas wrapped under the tree. The most expensive cereal on the market, and mom and dad are the only one who will spring for it! They won't! They get a big laugh out of it.
