Thankyou, Lani x I took this for heart & let it sink inside. I needed a prayer in my little life as was feeling somewhat crestfallen for being interested in someone in a way almost out of my control. I need to surrender this interest & pursue everything else that's good in my life. It's not right for me to need love from someone I hardly know right now & who may be incompatible for whatever reason. I have to surrender it as it has been a distraction that can quickly become an obsession. I can't have this right now. God's delays may indeed not be God's denials but in this case, regardless, though my heart aches for the care of one such individual I must learn my patience, acceptance & to let go. I don't want to be captured in a pursuit of anybody. I need to get me right first. Thanks for your prayer. I needed it & will work towards it being true for me. Thanks for your words & kindness, Laurie. I know I'm not quite right still & I'm enjoying the process. I guess while I have this reservation all I can do is simply not pursue anything. I know it will happen naturally without any force from exactly when it's time to with the person it's right with. In the meantime, there's no rush & I do have such friendships with special people in my life. They don't need to know that I care for them any more than that. It's just not important right now & I've still to have all there is to learn & gain in singledom. I'm enjoying it. Haven't been here before. It's a joy & gradual surprise yet something I've wanted for a long time. Being single was a holy grail for me & I'm glad I've found this now! Again, thanks for your support. I'm glad you two are working things out 1Day@aTime too. I'm also more than a little envious of your glorious avatar!!!! Naughty defect that.
