Feeling great today as it is day 1 truly clean and sober. It started earlier than I had planned. I had a little pot to smoke last night before I went to bed, well my brother knocked on my door. He got out of prison last night and is on his way to a 2 year program on Tuesday. Well he needed a safe clean sober environment to stay in until he goes. So needless to say for his benefit and of course mine I got rid of the rest and it is now history! It is so good to see my brother looking so healthy. He is very positive and we are having a great visit! I pray he does well in his program and changes his life. Thanks for all the love and support I receive here, it is priceless. Love in the Fellowship of the Spirit, Allison
I do hope that you and your brother manage to spend some lovely quality time together over the weekend. I also hope that his program will go superbly well for him.
Have a great weekend,
Take care,
Carol

Congrats on Day1, Allison! I hope you're still going strong. I'm on Day10 off cigarettes & it feels great. My head is good & my heart is catching up. Can't wait for my lungs to turn pink again so I can get some heavy exercise & get fit. I'm scared of the pain of lungburn so use that as an excuse to be lazy. Eventually 1Day@aTime this life beyond my wildest dreams that God has given to me will also involve much physical activity! Well done, lady. Keep up the goodwork. I'm so glad you have your bro to share it with too. God bless the both of you, Danielle x
