I had posted here that I went to AA meetings in my small town rather than drive the 30 miles in a snowstorm. So I felt like I was welcome but I felt that I needed to stay focused on my own issues and not the A's. I started a separate Alanon meeting a month ago. Too cool. I have had a couple of Alanoners show up. We Alanoners are kinda shy about going to our own meetings and letting go of our A's. We are even planning a joint holiday potluck. Just thought I would give you an update.
Great to hear!!!! Good luck and Im sure you'll grow before you know it! Lani

I'm glad it's going really well for you, Nancy. Well done, that's so good to hear! It's great you got this ball rolling. Life~changing stuff. Keep it all up. You'll enjoy yourself lots when you've turned your focus onto yourselves & not obsessing with said partners! Best of luck to you all :) Love in recovery, Danielle x
