Today my sweet husband bought me a present, a DVD player! Wow!  Well neither my husband nor I are very swift when it comes to anything technical.  So when we discovered that our tv's are too old and dont have the right holes I could feel the panic set in.  Then lookin at the stuff made me more panicy cause it all looked so complicated.  Well, I prayed, settled my nerves a bit, then it came to mind!!!!
Radio Shack!  They know EVERYTHING!  So off my hubby went to Radio Shack (God bless that store!!)  The man explained it all to him, he brought home what I remembered we sat down with the stuff and the directions and read and woe and behold,, it all made sense!  So Now I am enjoying my present my beloved husband got for me!!
Praying, calming yourself down and follwing directions is the way to live more comfortably

Fun relationship between your DVD dilemma and the program, Nique. You identified the problem, asked for HELP, gathered the tools, read the directions and followed them.

Enjoy the movies now!!!

I just took myself to a terrific discussion meeting today, and was welcomed with open arms by my friends who are so glad to see me back in the rooms. I also ran into a woman with 24 years sober, who was my therapist years ago. She held me tight and smiled at me. I am back in therapy as well as meetings, and she and my other friends are very happy for me. It was just what I needed today. Think I will try to get to another tomorow.

Thanks for letting me share too.
