I finally, just 10 minutes ago plucked up the courage to phone the national helpline and spoke to a lovely lady who just lives in the next village. She has her own meeting there on a sunday evening and is picking me up to go to that and then taking me to others during the week. What a sign that was, to ring a National Helpline and speak to somebody 3 miles away. I hope now the rollercoaster ride I have been on will slow down and stop so I can get off. Feeling a little better for the first time in ages.
wow. Beautiful. Seems like help is often just around the corner. Problem is that so many times I myself have not had the courage to ask. I guess I will just chalk that up to another one of those silly fears in me that never does me any good. I pray that we can all get what we truly NEED and the courage to ask for help when we need it. Great job, KLT. You are an inspiration!
