Thank you all so much for your support. I have just spent an awful few days trying to find my way back to this site in a panic. My nephew found it for me and added it to my favourites today so hopefully no more panicking. For some reason it wont let me reply on the original message to you all but again I want to thank you all and I will keep coming back and hopefully stay sober one day at a time.
