Hey all: Its been a great day!! Sun was shining, trees are gorgeous and Im still not working!! But have lots of prospects and a second interview tomorrow with a company I would LOVE to work for. Had a few interviews and a couple more in the works. In God's time and whatever his plan is for me is ok with me. Although I have to say, I sooo want this job Im interviewing for tomorrow!! So, life is good. Im almost loving staying home I hate to say! But I have had a chance to work on me for a change. Lots of meetings, obsession to drink is GONE, (hard to believe that one) and I truly do feel good. I am utterly amazed how things work out when you finally let it go.... Thanks to my HP and you guys too!!!! Have a great evening-Lani (I had to change my avatar to the crash test dummy since my daughter has her temps and is driving me all around town, thought he was cute!!)

Glad to see you're happy & enjoying your sobriety, Lani. Glad you're enjoying the challenge & excitement of seeking work & its possibilities. My job has just finished & I'm enjoying a little space before work picks up again with my agency. I'll keep an open mind to further opportunities too. I have acceptance today so I'm knowing tis all good & will be revealed as long as I'm stepping in the right direction 1Day@aTime. Looking forward to starting my Counselling training in Jan 08. Staying sober keeps us in with a chance. I love that. Danielle x

Hi Lani, I lived through three of the driving "temps." Finding a job was alot easier!!! LOL Keep that spirit!!! Will say another pray in hopes you'll do well tomorrow. Hang in there.... Wanda
God love you guys!! Danielle, I so agree with that your saying about stepping in the right direction. I do feel that good things will come my way, and yours, when its time of course. And, wanda, if we live thru the teenage years, hopefully we can endure anything!! Always the challenge and always so much fun! Dean, you can have a piece of my pink cloud anytime! I used to be an awe of others that had it. Saw them lose it for a moment, but it always comes back in some shape or form! So just for today, Im enjoying the beauty of it all! Yes, it is painful having to deal with all the wreakage of my past without something to numb it, but with lots of help, it CAN be done! Hope you all have a good night! I ate too much raw cookie dough and have a belly ache!! I hate that! (oh my God, I need a job quick before I turn into a dang cookie myself!!!) Love ya guys!! Lani
