Just want to say thanks to everyone who replied to my post 6 months sober and struggling. Everything you lot said has helped.
I feel great seem to have got through the rough patch without picking up!!
Had a really good week my son has started school all day and my daughter is in nursery so I have some time to shop!! things just seem so much better now than last week.
Anyway thanks again everyone.

That's great news, congrats. It's always amazing that the longer we stay sober that better those people around us get.

Hi Trudi, glad to hear things have smoothed out for you. We all have good days/weeks and not so great days/weeks, but eventually we can sort of sense what the triggers are, learn to deal with them and work around them. No matter how messed up I feel, I know it's better than how I'd feel if I were to pick up. Keep posting!  Chris
