I've been very busy learning my new job. Stopped tonight to catch up on some reading and to say congrats to those with birthdays. Best I can say is keep it up it only gets better.  My good friend and fishing buddy died a couple days ago. He used to be drinker also but had sobered up many years ago. It's always sad went someone passes. But he was sober and had a Very good life after he had straighted up the mess made during his drinking years.  He was the first new friend I had made during the first years of my sober life. He was never really interested in talking about the past only concerned that we didn't make to same mistakes. He set a high standard for himself and was an excellent example of who a person can be after they quit drinking. I'm going to miss him very much. Tim
