Well, today I have been sober for eighteen months! It seems amazing to me that I have managed this when I look back at my drinking days. And, how my life has changed. I just never thought it would be possible. I am so truly lucky to have found the rooms of AA.
My sobriety really is all down to AA and to this wonderful board. So, thank you for being here for me and for helping to keep me sober.

Wow Carol... 18 months huh? It is amazing, for me at least, how long those first few months were and then the months seem to go by quicker and easier. I cannot believe that I will have six months on Wed. Congrats on 18 months!!!!! Jamie
