What an experience getting married has been after 15 years of being solo.
Rose really worked hard to put it together. Actually built our wedding cake piece by piece, purchasing what she needed for it over a 4 week period over ebay.
The reception food was prepared by members of the Miracles In Progress recovery house and it was absolutely awesome.
It rained on our wedding day, which was held outside, but God saw fit to give us a break from it during the bride maids and groomsmen walking together, and the brides wedding walk.
The wedding ceremony went well for the most part, but I had to step in and help the person in charge of the music because they were having a hard time figuring out what to play when. Yes, an alcoholic. LOL
A woman from the church we attend sang a beautiful song to us at the beginning of the ceremony.
My cell phone was in my pocket and rang during the first dance....
Anyways..... I'm a married man now... LOL
