Justed wanted to share an experience I had the previlege of giving back to the program.
We had our One Day District Roundup Yesterday, and I had the honour of chairing the round up, the overwhelming experience I recieve was un believable. I felt nervous and excited and all in all, the thought and experience of watchin others come together and sharing experience strentgh and hope was amazing. The food was amazing too, we had steak, potatoes and salads, and of course there was pie!!!!!!!!!
To watch my daughter help out was so touching that It almost brought tears to my eyes, makes one appreciate the program even more. Everyone worked so hard, we had great speakers as well and all could relate to them both.
I'm greatful for all this program has to offer and for the newcomers please keep coming back the program does work if you let it, one day at a time.
Thanks so much to all who have touch my life, I plan to stick around to give back to keep givin back.
Steak and potatoes were good as for the salads and pie well that is a hole different story. Guess it doesn't pay to wait. All in all it was a great day. You did a wonderful, super, great and fantastic job Tina. Later - Jeannie
