Whos baking the ham? :) Easter has a special place for me. My sobriety began in 2005 the day after easter. (although I use March 27 as an actual date). Hope every one has a great one.

Geez louise this easter thread has my Saint Patty's thread lookin like a fricken ghost town! What's the egg bearing Rabbit got that the red nosed Guinness swilling crying singing funny hat wearing happy-sad jig dancing Irish republican leprechaun doesn't have?
Anyhow- I'm all in for easter! I can still eat chocolate and I actually dig me some hard boiled eggs!
Jeez Toby, I choked on my tea. That's so funny in this weird sorta cannibal way, poor Woodstock!
Happy Easter to all of you who celebrate the death and resurrection this weekend. I know it's a very sacred time for you.
This weekend is symbolic of new Beginnings for me personally. All sorta neat mythology behind this one. yay Spring!!!!!!!! LOL, I hope it's a great, eggy weekend for everyone! Love, Chris
PS: I have the ham thawing.

The vernal equinox was on March 21, so we are "over the hump" for another winter!
It ain't too hard to celebrate resurrection when you see the buds starting to appear on trees, and tulip and lilly shoots starting to peek out of the ground!
(PS. Be sure to examine those 'chocolate' eggs you find on your lawn VERY CAREFULLY before eating!)
