As much as we try to enjoy life to the fullest, weather through hardships, good times, love, laughter. I heard some sad news at work last nite, that made my heart sink.
I've been through some tough situations and loss, good times, proud moments. A co-worker that I've enjoyed working with was pregnant who has just suffered a lost of her child.
I send my heart felt prayers to her family today, nothing is more sad than the loss of a child.
please take a moment at some time today to help keep this family together in their time of need.
I will add the family to my prayer list today. I am so sorry for their loss!

It's not all about me, and I'm doing on to others as I hope they do unto me. It's about spreading strength, courage and guidence for people whom have been going through even worse times then I am so that they are able to move on with courage.
