With a little over 100 days of sobriety and still learning about the program, I am interested in checking out conventions. How can I obtain a  schedule of cities and dates for upcoming conventions? I'm also curious what exactly happens at these conventions? Any help would be appreciated.

This should help:

http://www.aagrapevine.org/calendar

You can also check with your AA central office/intergroup and the General Service Rep for any groups you contact.

I got into Rallies , Birthday weekends & Conventions straight away Roman.

And learnt another AA Slogan hose who get around . Stay around".

I have been to rallies All over Australia & a couple in USA . We found out about the Navajo Rally.

At Canyon de Chelly in Az . We Had a Great weekend , so instead of just modelling it , as we were travelling around.

We Treated ourself to a Resort near the Canyon & close to where the rally was . Everybody who wanted to tour the

canyon in the "Shake & Bake" had a Great time & as a couple of the guides were AA's , took us . More "Spiritually minded"

folk to a couple of places where the general public did not go . After that weekend we kept going East , as we were "out canyoned out"

we had also done Mesa Verde . So we did not go to Grand Canyon . What happens , all different types of meetings .
