Good motivational speaker. He's well-known in most parts. Not here.

Dances pretty good.

How is it working so far for you... after a couple days have passed? Have you noticed a sustained difference in your thoughts and feelings?

I listen to inspirational things pretty often, but very few things actually stick over the long term. The most fundamental way I let things go today is accepting and wanting what I have. Not only the things I have, relationships I have and the societies I have/encounter - but my own self: Mind/Body/Spirit as it is... shortcomings and all. It seems only then am I standing on a launching pad for positive change. Until I find some level of peace, which I find honing in on the qualities that I believe could reflect the delusion of a God, Hp or such a thing as a True self - until I find faith, trust and peace there - I am my animal brain and mostly useless to myself and others around me.

It seems acceptance of what Is, precludes any real positive or lasting change I wish to inflict - While - Letting Go of any and all outcomes completely.

Peace & Love to you xo

Does nothing for me. That video is a 8 minute Hallmark card. Maybe I have the bar set too high by listening to other more motivational things. Thanks for sharing
