Morning everyone, someone must really be looking after me(my higher power i think), went to work yest for a meeting and managed to keep my job, after asking them could i have some unpaid leave of absence to get well, they suggested i go to the doctors and get a sick note for 4wks and that way i will still get paid, things are moving along brilliantly with new house-hopefully move in a week on sunday, and this morning i was sent for a liver scan and livers absolutely fine apart from a little fatty tissue which will repair itself in time, OH YES forgot to day...day 11 of my sobriety, so feeling ontop of the world today
Glad to hear the good news about the job and your health! And of course you probably already know first-hand that moving can be very stressful, so remember to take it easy and take advantage of every bit of help and support that is available to you. We don't get any extra points for being stoic and self-reliant. One day at a time
Kaz, it just gets better and better. Glad yer still here with us. We need you on our team. That other team sucks, anyway. They're always drunk and falling down stupid. Theyre not really hard to beat.
