Nathanael is afflicted with a condition called Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy. It's condition caused by oxygen deprivation. It's a very serious life threatening condition. The doctor has got him kept under controlled temperature of 33.5 degrees Celsius for 72 hours to allow the brain to recuperate. Please pray for him as we proceed to wake him up in 24 hours times.
You've always been in my prayers Gonee, as with all my brothers and sisters here and in other groups ... but I've added your grandson especially to the list of those who have special needs during these times ... I always ask for God's will to be done and plea for the answer to have a pleasant outcome ... but I have learned that things don't always go my way cause I'm not in control, so i prepare myself to accept whatever happens ...
I think I've mentioned it before, my first-born son has 'Prader Willie' syndrome, look it up, it's too long to try to describe here ... he wasn't supposed to live past mid-teens or twenty's, today he's in his forties ... I will not elaborate on how difficult those early days were. but today, with AA's program to guide my life, I've accepted that those difficult days were to make me a better person today ... but it WAS a hellofa journey ...
Stay strong my brother, go in comfort knowing you have people(brothers and sisters) around the world lifting our voices to the heavens for your Nathanael to be well ...

Thank you for sharing Nathaniel's picture, what a beautiful baby. His image will be in my mind and heart as I lift him up in prayer. My moms prayers are also with him and the rest of his family. Keep the faith!
Thank you for the update! I have thought of him and prayed for him daily. I had been wondering how Nathaniel was doing. Still praying for the little guy!!
